Once you’ve taken a screenshot, the message will be saved in your gallery or camera roll like any other image. But remember, you need to act fast! If you don’t take a screenshot before the message disappears, it will be gone forever.
While this new feature is undoubtedly useful, it does come with a few limitations. For one, you can only save disappearing messages that you receive – you can’t save your own disappearing messages. Additionally, if the sender deletes the message before you have a chance to take a screenshot, there’s no way to retrieve it.

All in all, this is a welcome addition to WhatsApp’s disappearing messages feature, and it’s sure to be a hit among users who want to keep a record of their conversations without cluttering up their chats. However, with the time limit and the need to take a screenshot, it’s not a foolproof solution.
