Employers review bids. Upon finding a freelancer that interests them, they look at their profile. Your employer now contacts you through the message board.

When you prove yourself to be the perfect candidate for the job, you are awarded the project. A freelancer must complete the project successfully now.

2. Non — Traditional

They all have a different concept, but they are all successful freelance marketplaces. The freelancers display their offerings here in the form of gigs. Video, price, extra offer, and description information are included in these packages.

Employers review packages and hire freelancers. Employers purchase gigs from Escrow, where the payment stays.

The employer pays the freelancer after the freelancer successfully submits his or her work. Non – traditional freelance markets work in this manner. A good example is Fiverr.com.
